I just made crispy black bean cakes and mango salsa. Om nom nom!

The best part is that I feel satisfied but not disgustingly full. I have to remember to eat this way.

Last night, I watched an episode of Ghost Whisperer. I never watched that show before, mostly because I am allergic to Jennifer Love Hewitt. ( Spoilers for last night's Ghost Whisperer. )
